Chetan Ravnikar
Title: President and CEO
Chetan Ravnikar has 15 plus years of engineering and operational management experience in the IT industry. Chetan is responsible for PGI’s sales, business development, and client relationship management. Prior to PGI, Chetan worked at large storage and EDA companies and several start ups in various capacities as an architect, lead engineer, Manager.
Having years of experience in the industry specifically in the areas of Security, Servers, Operating systems, File Systems, Storage Area Networks, Network Attached Storage, Clustering and Storage Management Software (backup/restore, replication, snapshot, SRM, virtualization, etc.)
Process Outsourcing and enterprise optimizations are his forte. As an entrepreneur he has been involved with several start ups helped them with direction, growth and also investments. Chetan has the acumen to bridge business with technology and has recently been involved with eco communities around the world. Chetan holds Bachelors in engineering, Computer Science from India, several industry certifications and a Masters in Information Technology from Sydney, Australia.
Rajashekar Krishnan
Title: Managing Director (Process Global India)
A futurist with an Entrepreneur mind set develops the strategies, sets direction and business that power Process Global (India)’s growth. Rajashekar Krishnan (Generally called as “Raj”)leads the strategic vision of the company and works with potential partners and customers and has brought Process Global (India) to the vanguard of global IT outsourcing. He is a passionate focused leader with a proven track record of using creativity and perseverance to overcome challenges. Being an effective communicator and visionary, Raj as Managing Director took challenges to provide on demand Staffing/Training/software engineering services to the Entrepreneurs and emerging technology companies around the world. He is also one of the Director of Valltec Solutions. Prior to Process Global (India), he served as Manager (Technical/Recruitment/Business Development) at various companies (India/USA) for around 14 years. where he played an important role of management and also worked as a Scientific Assistant with ISRO Satellite Center (a Prestigious Department of Space, Government of India) for around 6+years. He holds electronics & communication Engineering from Bangalore, India
Sid Mojabi
Title: Head of Business Development & Alliances
Sid Mojabi is an advisor and heads the business development and alliances responsibility for all aspects of global market development for PGi. Sid has over 30 years of technology and business experience, out of which he spent 20 years with IBM. He has held key positions at Texas Instruments, IBM, Savvis Communications and to starting and operating two technology firms. Sid holds Master of Science Degree in EE/CS and several Certificates in Business Alliances, Sales, Management, and MBA Marketing, He attended University of Southern California, Long Beach State University, and Santa Clara University for his academic studies.
Pavithra Ravnikar
Title: Director Finance and Operations
Pavithra has been instrumental since the beginning of PGI. Pavithra is responsible for PGI’s contingent staffing, accounting. Ability to multitask and ensure customer satisfaction is always met is her goal. With over 10 + years of experience Miss Pavithra is an integral part of the organization. Pavithra holds Bachelor’s in Computers from university of Mysore, India.
